“Eddie’s House” was the doghouse that Wright designed for a Californian 12-year-old’s dog, Eddie, in 1956. It will be showcased at Wright Plus, along with the original sketches and letters exchanged between Wright and his young client. The doghouse is featured in the documentary Romanza, about Wright’s California structures. Film-maker Michael Miner will be on hand to answer questions. Read the story behind Wright's only doghouse here.

Romanza will be shown on Friday, May 1 at 5 pm and 7:30 pm at Unity Temple, Oak Park. Discounted admission for Wright Plus ticket holders.
