A message from Eric Lloyd Wright
Dear Friend,
My grandfather Frank Lloyd Wright's contribution to architecture is legendary. Much of his work was directed to answering one question: How can architecture improve the life of the average American and make it more beautiful? He began considering that question as a young man while he lived and worked in Oak Park, Illinois, and he explored answers to it with passion and innovation throughout his life.
My association with the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust began early in its history, when I became involved with its fine restoration of the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio. Through its restoration and education programs, the Preservation Trust fosters an appreciation of architecture and the legacy of one of the twentieth century's foremost architects.
As an architect and a member of the Preservation Trust's Honorary Board, I ask you to join me in supporting the Preservation Trust's mission. Your tax-deductible gifts will help ensure that Wright's aesthetic vision is brought to the widest possible audience, and two of his most remarkable buildings – his first Home and Studio and the Frederick C. Robie House – continue to fire imaginations and take our thinking in new directions.
Sincerely,

Eric Lloyd Wright
