Robie House Tour Information
Tours are available Thursday - Monday (closed Tuesday and Wednesday). Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year's Day.
Tickets
- Advance tickets are highly recommended. Purchase tickets online or call our box office at 312.994.4000. You may purchase same-day tickets online or over the phone up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Same day and last minute tickets may be purchased in the ShopWright store based on availability.
- Tickets are held for will-call pick up at the Museum Shop (open 9 am - 4 pm Thursday - Monday).
- Visit our Group Tours page for buying tickets for groups of 10 or more.
- Only the exterior and ground floor of the museum are wheelchair accessible. View information for guests needing special assistance.
- Museum Shop can be reached at 708.725.3880 during business hours.
- Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.
Ticket Holders
- Check in and pick up your tour tickets at the Robie House Museum Shop no later than 15 minutes prior to your specified tour or event time.
- For certain special programs and events, you may be placed on a guest list rather than receive a ticket.
- Late arrivals will join their specified tour or event in progress.
- Street parking is limited. Please allow additional time for parking.
- Ticket purchases or reservations entitle the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust to unrestricted use of photographs taken by our staff or agents, without subject consent.
